PANEL 1: Mai stands in front of a sketchy background, depicting an old worn down warehouse. MAI: There's this old uh...weird, maze-y warehouse in the city. The Carters turned it into a studio way back in the 50s, got shut down due to safety violations and a buncha workers got sick-- it was a whole thing! I could talk about it for hours, but we gotta keep this short. PANEL 2: Mai looks to Nathan. MAI: It also used to be a hot-spot for paranormal activity. NATHAN: Used to? PANEL 3: Mai looks uneasy. MAI: Y-Yeah, it's...kinda diminished over the last few years. I can feel it. PANEL 4: Nathan puts his fist in his hand. NATHAN: Then we start there!
